Founder of Move PT – and at 67, I know that fitness isn’t about chasing six-packs or punishing workouts.
It’s about feeling strong, staying mobile, and enjoying life without limits.
My journey into personal training wasn’t planned – I joined my first gym at 29 and, like many people, was left to muddle through. Years later, I discovered what real training and support could feel like, and it changed everything.
Over the years, I’ve cycled hundreds of miles for charity, set an unofficial battle ropes world record, and even taken on the London Marathon three times. But my proudest moments aren’t my medals – they’re seeing clients, from 17 to 87, achieve things they never thought possible.
I understand the challenges that come with age – stiff backs, old injuries, low confidence – and I specialise in helping people overcome them through safe, personalised training.
I’m qualified in personal training, nutrition, and a range of specialist fitness methods including resistance bands, kettlebells, macebells, padwork, and mobility work. Whether we’re working together in your home, garden, or at Gritness Gym in Bushey, my goal is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger, and get more out of life.
